Krista serves as the Director of Operations for The Sigurdsson Team, bringing a unique blend of operational expertise, human-centric focus, and creative vision to South Florida real estate.

Krista built a strong professional foundation in Boston, Massachusetts, where she worked in Human Resources within the construction industry and the public school system. In 2022, seeking a lifestyle change, Krista relocated to Miami—and immediately fell in love with the city’s energy, culture, and thriving real estate market. Shortly after, she found herself honing her client-centric approach as a Customer Success Manager at Compass where she learned the ins and outs of marrying real estate with technology.

At The Sigurdsson Team, Krista orchestrates seamless business operations, combining her deep knowledge of systems with exceptional customer service. Known for her creative problem-solving and keen attention to detail, she ensures every client experience is as effortless as it is rewarding.

Outside of real estate, Krista is an avid traveler and passionate fashion designer, drawing inspiration from global aesthetics and design to bring a fresh, creative perspective to everything she does.
